How to counter Ahri

Ahri is a mobile mage who charms a target to blow them up and repositions with the three dashes of her ultimate. Her combo depends on landing the charm, and she's vulnerable once she spends her ultimate, so she struggles against champions that dodge her crowd control, out-range her, or punish her when she has no escape.
