How to counter Karthus
Karthus is a mage who scales by stacking damage over time, brings a global execute ultimate, and keeps dealing damage even while dead for a few seconds. He is weak and slow early, so you stop him with champions that punish him early, close the gap, or scale at the same pace.
- Bel'Veth — She out-duels him in the late game with her attack speed and dashes, closing the distance.
- Ekko — He dives him with his stun and burst, and his ultimate undoes any fight Karthus thinks he's won.
