How to counter Tryndamere

Tryndamere is a crit auto-attack duelist who heals with his fury, chases with his spin, and becomes immortal for a few seconds with his ultimate, dominating duels and splitpush. His weakness is that his damage is physical auto-attacks, so you stop him with armor, attack-speed slows, blinds, or by kiting him.

  • Malphite — Stacking armor nullifies Tryndamere's crit damage; he has no way to kill such an armored tank.
  • Teemo — His blind nullifies Tryndamere's auto-attacks, his only damage source, while he kites him from range.
