How to counter Vex
Vex is a mage that punishes mobility: her passive marks enemies who dash or blink, interrupting and fearing them, so she shines against assassins and mobile champions. Her weakness is exactly the immobile mages that never trigger her passive, ranged poke that out-spaces her, and champions that burst or out-sustain her, since she is squishy.
- Vladimir — He rides out her poke with sustain, has no dashes to feed her passive, and out-scales her; her anti-mobility kit gets no value against him.
